We are currently looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant who wants to be our CEO organizational talent and take care of every day’s tasks.

As an Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO and the sales team with various administrative tasks and ensure efficient operations. 

  • You are the first point of contact for our CEO for both internal and external communication or questions; 
  • You will cooperate in the organization for MG Real Estate's participation in national and international trade fairs such as Mipim and Expo Real;  
  • Managing the agenda: scheduling appointments, reserving meeting rooms, arranging transportation for external appointments, all within an international environment; 
  • You are responsible for the organization of the biannual European sales meetings where you organize the program, make presentations, arrange transportations of the foreign colleagues, … 
  • Keeping all incoming information up to date in the CRM system; 
  • You will make presentations to both the management and sales team; 
  • Handle confidential information and documentation with the highest discretion; 
  • You support not only the CEO, but also the sales team; 
  • You keep a to do list and complete it as accurately as possible. 


We will be looking for someone who closely matches the following profile characteristics: 

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree office management; 
  • You already have initial experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant; 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office; 
  • Dutch: mother tongue, Excellent knowledge: English and French; 
  • Professionalism, stress resistant and discrete; 
  • You are proactive and can work independently; 
  • Place of employment: Nevele.
