Project manager - Logistic developments
MG Real Estate is an innovative international project developer and investor specialised in the development of large logistics buildings, warehouses, state-of-the-art offices, retail parks and residential projects in prime locations.
Do you want to oversee new Belgian and European developments from A to Z? Then perhaps you will become our new Project Manager.
Function
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the execution of all facets of project development. You are involved in the design of the building plans and coordinate them with our internal departments in order to strictly follow agreements, planning and budget.
Profile
- Master degree in construction engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- Stress resistant and communicative.
- You work independently and can manage and follow up a project integrally.
- Language skills: NL / FR / ENG
