MG Real Estate is an international property developer, and as such, we attract candidates from all over Europe. As a Recruiter, you are responsible for finding the right candidates at various levels and domains.
WHAT’S IN A NAME?
A good intake is essential in the recruitment process, and at MG Real Estate, this occurs directly between the Recruiter and our President.
Once the profile is clear, you utilize suitable channels to market the vacancy and personally approach candidates. If necessary, you collaborate with external recruitment partners, where you act as the coordinator and ensure that service level agreements are adhered to.
Speed is one of the cornerstones of MG Real Estate's business philosophy. You recognize that this speed is also crucial in the recruitment process. You oversee the process and ensure an optimal candidate experience by providing regular status updates.

- You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection, either at a recruitment agency or within an internal HR department.
- Finding candidates through online and offline channels your second nature, and you derive energy from exploring and experimenting with new recruitment methods.
- You are familiar with traditional recruitment platforms and social media.
- Representing our company at external job fairs brings you joy.
- You are flexible in accommodating candidates' schedules when planning selection interviews.
- You communicate effortlessly with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, always acting with the necessary discretion.

Have you graduated in (Business) Psychology, Business Administration, HR or Office Management, Business Management, or Business Administration? Have you built up relevant experience as a recruiter/consultant within HR?
