MG Park Fredericia

Fredericia, Denmark’s logistics hotspot

The business community combined with development opportunities and professional policies make Fredericia an attractive location to occupiers. In addition, companies interested in establishing a business can get advice and support from the municipality of Fredericia.

The EU recognised the area around Fredericia as a European transport hub. Transport for both road, rail and shipping goods can travel through the region with direct access to the E20 and E45 motorways and the ports of Fredericia, Kolding and Vejle.

Near Fredericia is Taulov, one of the main logisitics corridors with a wide range of businesses present including DSV, PP-Jensen, Tibnor, Postnord, DHL, Danske Fragtmænd and Blue Water. You will also find other international players such as Arla, Sanistål and AGA in the area.

80,000 sqm of prime logistics space

MG Park Fredericia is perfectly positioned for occupiers focusing on importing and exporting goods across European markets. The scheme has also been designed for optimum flexibility where, depending on the needs of the occupiers and availability different units at the scheme can be combined to form a 'super-hub' in one location.

MG Real Estate is proud to share that the MG Park Fredericia scheme meets all the needs and requirements expected from a modern logistics centre of this size. The scheme employs a variety of sustainability features such as energy-efficient lighting, heat pumps and the use of state-of-the-art materials.
