WHAT'S IN A NAME?

As an Allround Office Assistant, you will be responsible within MG Real Estate for the front desk reception. You are the business card of the company and part of the back-office team. Your duties will include: 

  • Welcoming, greeting and registering guests, also assisting suppliers further; 
  • IT knowledge is a must: you’ll manage the CRM system and will assist colleagues with computer related questions; 
  • You will be responsible for telephony, ordering marketing & office supplies, business gifts, … 
  • All kinds of administrative and organizational tasks so everything runs smoothly at the office and all colleagues will be supported as needed; 
  • Prepare order& invoice slips to support the accounting department; 
  • You’ll assist the person who is responsible for the events: organization, sending out invitations, following up on registrations, placing orders, preparing promotional material, … 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We will be looking for someone who closely matches the following profile characteristics: 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in an administrative discipline or you already have a first relevant work experience;
  • You have a professional attitude and a high sense of integrity; 
  • It is important to act confidently and be flexible to changing circumstances; 
  • Dutch and English: mandatory, French is a plus; 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • You can adapt quickly in different situations, work under time pressure and think proactively.
