We are on the hunt for a skilled Commercial manager to become an integral part of our international team based in Belgium.
Your mission? To fuel the growth of MG Real Estate by forging strong partnerships within the logistics and office sector.
As Commercial manager, you will be the driving force behind our endeavours in the Belgian market, where your responsibilities will consist of:
- Identifying prospective business opportunities
- Determining suitable sites and acquiring land positions
- Leading negotiations with clients within commercial teams
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client requirements
- Developing connections with key clients
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We will be looking for someone who matches following profile characteristics:
- You have a solid commercial background, within the construction industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and result driven work attitude
- Strong communication skills in English and French, Dutch mandatory
