To further expand our ambitious vision and strengthen the team, we are looking for an additional experienced Calculator with affinity in industrial construction.
WHAT'S IN A NAME?
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Contacting subcontractors and suppliers to request the necessary quotation files
- Prepare price comparisons and evaluate the offers
- You thoroughly study the tender files and look for the right cost price and/or possible alternatives
- You are an important link and jointly responsible for winning new projects
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Estimator we are looking for recognise himself in the following characteristics:
- You have a bachelor's degree in a technical or construction-related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience is required for this job
- Fluent communication in Dutch, English and French is required
- You are sufficiently critical and arithmetically accurate
- Strong in administration and planning
- Your not afraid to take some initiative
- Experience within industrial construction is a plus
