MG Real Estate | ESG Specialist

WHAT'S IN A NAME?

You are responsible for the implementation and evolution of the ESG strategy in line with MG Real Estate’s values and standards. 

  • You will assist the Project Managers in obtaining BREEAM certificates for our domestic and international projects; 
  • Preparing reports in line with csrd; 
  • You stay up to date on legalization and apply it in a timely manner within MG Real Estate’s policy; 
  • You'll help to confirm ESG activities within the different departments of the company where you will prepare the monthly ESG meetings
  • You review and identify new ESG developments for further expansion and innovation; 
  • Maintain strong contacts with external and internal parties. You are the contact person of MG Real Estate in associations, authorities, … with whom you will share your ESG knowledge; 
  • You will report to the CFO and the management team. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We will be looking for someone who matches the following profile characteristics: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with experience in ESG; 
  • Experience within Real Estate is a plus; 
  • Hands- on mentality, driven and result oriented describes who you are; 
  • Good knowledge of English and French, Dutch required; 
  • Place of employment is Nevele.
