MG Park Forty - Éclair
The site on the Donkerstraat in Ternat used to house the ink company Sun Chemical. After its closure, it was thoroughly decontaminated and now MG Real Estate is building a production hall for Patisserie 'Eclair', a subsidiary of the supermarket chain Carrefour Group. 18,000 m2 in total, with production and distribution facilities and offices.
In 2022, Eclair will move from its current location in Mollem to Ternat.
