MG Park Malinas
On the former industrial site of Axalta Coating Systems Belgium BV, MG Real Estate has developed a sustainable business park. Due to severe soil contamination, remediation was necessary, and the former buildings were too specialized for reconversion. As a result, a brand-new CO₂-neutral facility was constructed in Antoon Spinoystraat, Mechelen, built to the highest sustainability standards. The development includes extensive amenities for cyclists, taking full advantage of its location near the bicycle highway. The company Kellanova has established its operations in MG Park Malinas.
