MG Power Langerbrugge

MG Power Langerbrugge is a site with a rich industrial history dating back to 1913. The former Electrabel power station is now being repurposed, with careful attention to preserving its authentic character and appearance.

The site is defined by its iconic 102-metre chimney, built in 1957–1958 and still the tallest in Belgium. Located between the Ghent–Terneuzen Canal, in the southern part of North Sea Port, and the Ghent–Zelzate railway line, it benefits from excellent multimodal accessibility.

MG Power Langerbrugge combines a strategic location with a distinct identity, offering a unique and characterful setting for future business activities.
