MG Westfields Logistics, with optimum space for logistics options, is being built to the northwest of Eindhoven. Motorway connections branch out from here to all the major population centres and industrial areas of Europe.
The site is located to the northwest of Eindhoven, close to the A58 motorway leading to the Eindhoven ring road. There is a direct connection via motorway junctions to Amsterdam (A2), Rotterdam (A58), Antwerp (A67 - E34), Maastricht (A2), Nijmegen (A50) and Venlo (A67). The Van Rooijen rail terminal is also in the immediate vicinity.

XPO Logistics moves into warehouse 2 at Westfields
Westfields Logistics, a development by MG Real Estate, SDK Vastgoed and Volkerwessels Logistics Development, welcomes XPO Logistics, an international logistics service provider. Nuveen Real Estate concluded a long-term lease agreement for the lease of a warehouse of approx. 28,000 m² at the complex.
New player Rhenus at Westfields Logistics
Logistics service provider Rhenus Contract Logistics will further expand its current warehousing activities at the new Westfields Logistics complex in Oirschot. Rhenus Contract Logistics signed a long-term lease contract for the third distribution centre. The project covers 98,000 m2, of which Rhenus Logistics will occupy a distribution centre of 31,885 m2. Westfields Logistics is a cooperation between SDK Vastgoed, MG Real Estate and Volker Wessels Logistics Development.
With the distribution centre, Rhenus Contract Logistics focuses on expanding its logistics services for a customer in the Brainport region. Landlord and developer were advised during this transaction by Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij, together with CBRE, VSR makelaars and Bridgegap.
Westfields in Oirschot wil internationale logistieke gigant
DPD krijgt straks op bedrijventerrein Westfields in Oirschot gezelschap van een mogelijk nog grotere logistieke branchegenoot. Naast de 12 hectare van de pakketvervoerder komt 15 hectare beschikbaar voor een zeer grootschalig distributiecentrum.
Ontwikkelaars en investeerders SDK Vastgoed uit Eindhoven en het Vlaamse MG Real Estate hebben daar ruim 88.000 vierkante meter gepland voor opslag en logistieke afhandeling van goederen. Er komen 3000 vierkante meter kantoorruimte en ruim 450 parkeerplaatsen bij.
