Godshotel new tenant at MG Park Fredericia
Godshotel leases 15,000 sqm in MG Park Fredericia. The developer behind the warehouse and logistics park, MG Real Estate, will start building a further 18,000 sqm of speculative
Belgian property development and investment company MG Real Estate has just let the first 15,000 sqm of MG Park Fredericia in Taulov. This is in connection with the 1st phase of 15,000 sqm of MG Park Fredericia, which will be completed by the end of the year.
The tenant is the warehouse and logistics company Godshotel, which in addition to its activities in Taulov has warehouse hotels in Kolding and Greve.
MG Real Estate, which is known in Denmark for building speculatively, plans to build a total of 78,000 sqm in MG Park Fredericia over a number of years.

We are fully focused on developing our warehousing and logistics solutions in the best possible way for the market and our customers, and with strong demand, we seem to be succeeding well", says Christopher Wiingaard Thomsen, who is responsible for the Danish business at MG Real Estate.
Godshotel will occupy the new premises at the end of 2021, while MG Real Estate is speculatively building a further 18,000 sqm by 2022.
Ready for more speculative construction
In addition to MG Park Fredericia in Taulov, MG Real Estate is building Greve Distributions Center (GDC) in Greve. In August, the logistics investor managed to get the 1st phase of 40,000 sqm fully let. Greve Distribution Center will eventually be a total of 100,000 sqm when the construction is fully completed.
