MG Park Venlo is strategically located in Trade Port Nord. The location is home to major logistics companies such as XPO Logistics, Geodis, DSV, UPS, and DB Schenker. 

It is situated between the major seaports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, benefiting from seamless multimodal connectivity. The park is linked to these ports through the TCT Venlo barge terminal and the Inland Terminal Venray in Wanssum, ensuring efficient cargo transport.  

The area is well-served by rail, with three key terminals: Hutchison Ports Venlo BV, Cabooter Railterminal Greenport, which is the largest inland rail terminal in Trade Port Nord and provides direct connections to Rotterdam, Central Europe, and Asia, and Venlo railway station. MG Park Venlo is also just 45 minutes from Eindhoven Airport and 2 hours from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.  

For road transport, the site enjoys excellent accessibility through a well-developed motorway network. The A74 motorway connects Venlo directly to Germany and the A67 provides a direct route to Belgium, facilitating smooth cross-border logistics. The A73 connects Venlo to Nijmegen, ensuring efficient access to the BCTN inland terminal in Nijmegen, further enhancing transport flexibility.  

Sustainable mobility for the future employees is further supported by the Greenport Bikeway, with a southern branch of approximately 12 km and a northern branch of approximately 15 km.

Additionally, water management systems are implemented, featuring a cistern for the reuse of water in sanitary facilities and wadi’s that facilitate natural water drainage and infiltration. A 2,065 sqm mezzanine adds flexibility for additional storage, while the 537 sqm office space creates a modern and comfortable workplace. With a free height of 12.20 meters, the facility maximizes storage potential, accommodating various logistical needs. The warehouse will also be equipped with 20 docks. Convenient on-site parking ensures smooth accessibility for employees and visitors.
