MG Park De Hulst - Eutraco

MG Park De Hulst is a 500,000 sqm logistics and semi-industrial development in Willebroek, built on the former G&G site. The site comprises 14 buildings designed to meet the evolving needs of modern supply chains.

A strong focus on cost efficiency is embedded throughout the site, with shared infrastructure such as sprinkler systems and buffer facilities helping to reduce occupiers’ investment requirements. MG Park De Hulst also incorporates integrated management of energy, water, and waste, alongside extensive green spaces, enabling it to operate as a carbon-neutral development.

Eutraco operates from one of the buildings at MG Park De Hulst, one of the park’s first gas-free facilities, powered entirely by green electricity generated from solar panels. Benefiting from a strategic multimodal location and an innovative, sustainable design, the building was nominated for the Transport & Logistics Awards – Best Logistics Building of the Year 2021.
